Information we do NOT collect
Night Out does not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, usage analytics, crash reports, or any other data. The app does not require an account or internet connection to function.
How Your Data Is Used
All data entered into Night Out is used exclusively to provide the app's core functionality — calculating BAC estimates and displaying your drink history. No data is used for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your data with any third parties. There are no third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising frameworks integrated into Night Out.
Data Storage & Security
All data is stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage. Deleting the app removes all associated data permanently. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it once deleted.

Night Out is intended for adults of legal drinking age only. The app is not directed at individuals under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect any information from minors.
